You’ve built an impressive life on paper, but success doesn’t feel the way you expected.
You’re exhausted in a way rest doesn’t fix because you’re treating a safety problem like a discipline problem, living from an identity built on proving your worth through productivity rather than from who you actually are.
I help you build a new relationship with yourself so you can experience real fulfillment, not just external accomplishment.
How I Learned the Hard Way
I spent 40 years being everything for everyone but myself.
I was overweight. I was chronically ill. I was the woman who could handle anything, and I was completely, utterly exhausted.

On the outside, my life looked successful. Inside, I was running on fumes and asking myself: “How did I get here? How do I get out?”
The turning point came when I stopped asking “What else can I do?” and started asking “What story am I living inside?”
That single question changed everything.
I discovered that my patterns weren’t random. They were strategies my nervous system learned to keep me safe. My behaviors weren’t a willpower problem; they were a safety problem. And I couldn’t change my behavior until my body actually felt safe. And my body wouldn’t feel safe until my identity shifted.
So I rewrote the story I’d been living.
I rewired my nervous system by addressing the root beliefs driving my actions—the ones I absorbed long ago about my worth, love, and what it means to rest.
I rebuilt my life from that new foundation.
The results weren’t just physical. I lost over 80 pounds and kept it off. I healed my body. I transformed my relationships from one-sided to reciprocal. I discovered what it actually feels like to be aligned with myself.
Now I help women do exactly this—not by giving them another system to perfect, but by helping them return to themselves.
Who I Am Now
I’m still a work in progress. I still struggle to fully express myself, to slow down and focus on what matters. But I have a system and tools to keep healing and keep growing–the same system and tools I teach my clients.

After two failed marriages where I turned myself inside out to please other people, I’m finally in a marriage where I feel safe to be authentic and fully me. Instead of constantly reliving my father or mother wound, I’m healing and able to have a romantic relationship based on what I genuinely want in a partnership.
I’m chasing my dreams not only of helping other women through coaching but also of helping animals and the environment through teaching and writing. Things I never dared to go after as I was chasing goals other people said I should.
I’ve learned that it was never about fixing yourself; it was always about coming home to yourself. I’ve learned to break free from Superwoman burnout by shifting from:
- Performing → to Being
- Controlling → to Trusting
- Overgiving → to Choosing
- Earning → to Receiving
